How to identify the phone's "Primary camera"?

When using the Realsee G1 Smart Gimbal, only one camera—your phone’s primary camera—is used for capturing. Since most modern smartphones have multiple cameras, it's important to identify the correct one to ensure proper installation and high-quality results.

🔍 Steps to Identify the Primary Camera:

  • Open your phone's default camera app and switch to mode.
  • Use your finger to cover each camera lens one at a time.
  • Watch the viewfinder—the camera that shows your finger when blocked is the primary camera.
  • After identifying the primary camera, it's recommended to clean the lens to ensure it's free of dust or smudges. A dirty lens may affect the quality of the captured results.
