Why is it taking a bit long to upload project data?

Recent Update: July 07, 2025

The upload time can vary based on two main factors:

Number of scan points – Projects data with a higher number of scan points take longer to process and upload.

Network conditions – Slow or unstable internet connections may significantly affect upload speed.

Multi-task upload — If your phone is uploading other files at the same time, it may affect the upload speed of project data.

If the upload takes longer than you expect, please contact our Customer Success Team for assistance.
