Modify Scan Function
Overview
Modify Scan is a feature in Realsee that allows you to adjust scan points when automatic stitching fails or produces incorrect results due to unreasonable point placement or high similarity of capture environment. Here's the detailed steps about how to use it:
Step 1: Access Modify Scan
1.Log in to the Realsee Console management backend.

2.Locate the project that requires scan point management.
Note: The project must be in a non-active state to use the Modify Scan feature.

3.Click the 'More' button, then select Modify Scan to enter the editing interface.

Step 2: Manage Scan Points
1.Select a Point: Click on the point number to select it. A red circle will appear, indicating the point is ready for adjustment.
If you want to select and adjust multiple points at the same time, hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and click on each point you’d like to adjust.
If you'd like to select all the points on a specific floor, simply hold down the Shift key on your keyboard and drag to select the entire floor area.

2.Rotate a Point: Inside the red circle, press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse in any direction to rotate the point.
3.Move a Point: On the point number, press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to adjust the point's position.
- Green Arrow: Controls left and right movement.
- Blue Arrow: Controls forward and backward movement.
- Red Arrow: Controls upward and downward movement.
4.View Panoramic Images: The image on the right side of the screen corresponds to the selected point's panoramic view.

5.Move the Canvas: Press and hold the right mouse button and move the mouse to shift the underlying canvas.
6.Switch Model Perspective: Press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to change the model's viewing angle, switching between top, down and side views for better observation of the stitching effect.

7.Adjust Canvas Scale: Use the mouse scroll wheel to zoom in or out and change the canvas scale.

8.Manage Floors: View all points on the current floor. You can add or delete floors or move points to other floors.

9.Save Progress: Use the Save function to temporarily save your adjustments. This does not affect VR space.

10.Use Feature Tools: Realsee provides a Feature Annotation tool to help address issues like glass, mirrors, or excess model fragments.

11.Regenerate VR: After completing your adjustments, click Generate VR to apply the changes.
Note: Regenerating VR may affect existing floor plans, labels, and other data.
