Realsee Software Services & Pricing Guide
This guide outlines the consumption items for Realsee’s non-hardware software services. Realsee services primarily utilize Credits. Usage is categorized into three main sections: VR Link Hosting, Digital Asset Downloads (Add-ons), and Premium Features & Professional Services(Manual Floor Plan).
1. Active VR (VR Hosting)
A. When am I charged? (The VR Workflow)
To help you better understand when credits are consumed, here is the standard VR production workflow. You only pay for the final sharing step:
- Capture: Scanning the space with your device. (Free)
- Generate: Processing the data into a VR model. (Free)
- Edit: Using the console to add labels, blur, or filters. (Free)
- Share / Set as Active: Making the link publicly accessible. (1 Credit / Month)
Note: You can capture, generate, and edit your projects freely without any cost. Credits are only deducted when you decide to toggle the status to "Set as Active" to share the project with others.
B. Pricing & Deduction Rules
Once you decide to activate a project, the following rules apply:
- Pricing: 1 Credit / Project / Month
- Definition: A project is considered "online" when its status is "Set as Active" in the management console. Only projects with this status can be publicly accessed or viewed.
- Deduction Rule:
- Fixed Duration: If you select a specific active period (e.g., 1, 3, or 6 months), the total credits are deducted upfront as a one-time payment.
- Subscription: If you select the subscription option, 1 credit will be deducted automatically on a monthly basis to keep the project active.
2. Digital Asset Downloads（Add-ons）
Users can purchase high-precision raw data or model files derived from their scans. Fees are incurred per generation or download.
3. Premium Features & Professional Services
This category covers Live 3D Call and manual intervention services to enhance project value.
Live 3D Call (VR Guided Tour)
- Type: Software Feature Upgrade
- Pricing: 10 Credits / VR Project / Month
- Details: Unlocks real-time remote guided tours. Once activated for a specific VR project, you have unlimited usage of the Live 3D Call feature for that project for one month.
Manual Floor Plan Service (Human-Drafted)
- Type: Professional Service (Human Intervention)
- Pricing: Custom / Quote-based
- Details: A premium service where professional draftsmen create highly accurate floor plans based on your scan.
- Note: Final pricing depends on the total spatial area and any personalized configuration requirements.

4. How to Purchase Credits (Top-Up)
Realsee Credits function as a universal currency for all the services listed above. You can top up your balance at any time based on your needs.

- Volume Discounts: We offer tiered pricing—the more you buy, the lower the cost per credit.
- Example: A 30-credit pack costs approx. $2.97 per credit.
- Example: Increasing to a 60-credit pack lowers the cost to approx. $2.65 per credit.
- Validity Period: Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We recommend planning wisely and purchasing only what you need.
