Set Up VR Initial View and Roaming Angle
Overview
This tutorial will guide users through the process of setting up the Initial View and Vertical Field of View Settings for your VR link. These settings determine the first view users see when entering the VR link and the range of angles they can explore during the tour. Follow the steps below to configure these features.
1.Setting the Initial View
Sets the first view users see when entering the VR link.
Editing Steps:
- In the preview window, navigate to the desired location and adjust the view and field of view (FOV).
- Click the Camera Button at the Bottom to set the initial view. In the right-side menu bar, users can reset the perspective and enable gridlines.
2.Multi-Floor Initial View
Sets the first view users see when entering a specific floor in a multi-floor VR space.
Editing Steps:
- Navigate to Initial View of Each Floor.
- In the preview window, navigate to the desired location on the floor and adjust the view and field of view (FOV).
- Click the Camera Button at the Bottom to set the initial view. In the right-side menu bar, you can reset the perspective and enable gridlines.


3.Setting the Vertical Field of View
Vertical Field of View: Controls the range of vertical angles (up and down) that users can explore during the VR tour.
Editing Steps:
- Click the Set button.
- Select the desired pitch angle range for exploration and save your settings.
