Manual-Alignment Function Overview
Overview
When Manual-Alignment Mode is Recommended:
- High-similarity environments: Spaces with repetitive features (e.g., warehouses, long corridors) often trigger stitching errors.
- Structural inconsistencies: Including floor misalignment or non-standard height variations.
Note: In the regular space capture process, it is highly advisable to prioritize the Auto-Alignment mode. This mode, relying on the device’s intelligent algorithms, can accurately and efficiently complete model stitching while minimizing the risk of errors. In contrast, the Manual-Alignment mode relies heavily on manual operation, prone to introducing uncontrollable human errors during the model stitching process. Therefore, unless specific scenario requirements exist, the Manual-Alignment mode is not recommended for regular capture scenarios.
Manual-Alignment Function
1.Horizontal Adjustment
Horizontal adjustment involves adjusting the point position on the horizontal plane of the model, mostly used to rectify misaligned point model on the horizontal plane.
Operation Method:
- Select the target point.
- Click Manual Alignment.
- Choose Horizontal Adjustment.
- Adjust the point position to an appropriate position.
- Confirm by clicking the Save button.
2. Vertical Adjustment
Vertical adjustment involves adjusting the point position along the model's vertical axis, mostly used to rectify misaligned point model on the vertical plane.
Operation Method:
- Select the target point.
- Click Manual Alignment.
- Choose Vertical Adjustment.
- Adjust height using the slider on the right.
- Confirm by clicking the Save button.
Tip: In vertical adjustment mode, the model automatically switches to a side view perspective, providing optimal visibility for height alignment.

3.Floor Height Adjustment
Floor height adjustment performs vertical realignment of a complete floor.
4.Floor Alignment
Floor alignment differs from horizontal adjustment by applying horizontal correction to an entire floor—instead of individual points.
Tip: Floor alignment and floor height adjustment are both floor-wide operations, designed for horizontal/vertical corrections in large-scale multi-floor VR spaces.
