To effectively manage projects and optimize storage in the Realsee App, please carefully follow the guidelines below:
Key Warning: "Delete a Project" – Irreversible Operation, Permanent Data Loss
The "Delete a Project" feature is a permanent and irreversible action. Once executed, all associated data will be permanently lost. Ensure that you fully understand the consequences before proceeding.
Key Rules:
• Once a project is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
• The Realsee Customer Support Team has no ability to restore deleted projects.
• After deletion, the project will be permanently removed from the app and the Realsee Console.
• Proceed with caution.

Core Difference: "Delete a Project" vs. "Clear App Cache"
Some users mistakenly equate "Delete a Project" with "Clear App Cache," assuming both are ways to free up device space. However, the two actions have vastly different effects on project data, as outlined below:

Space Optimization Solution: Safely Free Up Device Space via App Storage Management
If your primary goal is to save device storage space while ensuring all project data remains intact, we recommend using the Storage Management feature in the app.
Steps to Manage Storage Safely:
- Open the Realsee App and navigate to [Profile Center] from the bottom menu bar.
- In the Profile Center, locate and tap on [Storage].
- Choose [Clear Project Cache] or [manage the storage of generated projects].

This method ensures that all project data is safely retained in the cloud and can be re-downloaded whenever needed.
By following these guidelines, you can safely manage your projects and optimize device storage without risking irreversible data loss.
