Why do panorama uploads fail in the Image Replacement Feature?

The Image Replacement feature allows users to replace point panoramic images to optimize the visual quality in VR Explore mode. This requires uploading a .zip file containing customized panoramic images.

Upload failures typically occur when the uploaded file does not meet the required format specifications. Please ensure the following before uploading:

📁 Folder Structure

All images must be placed in a folder named pano, and the entire folder should be compressed into a .zip file.

🧾 Image Naming

Each image file must be named according to its corresponding scan point number (e.g., 1.jpg, 2.jpg, etc.).

🖼️ Image Format Requirements

  • Format: .jpg
  • Aspect Ratio: 2:1
  • Maximum Dimensions: 16,000 × 8,000 pixels
  • Zip File Size: ≤ 5GB
