Why is it taking longer than expected to upload my project data?

Recent Update: July 17, 2025

The time it takes to upload your project may vary depending on the following factors:

📌 1. Number of scan points

Projects with a higher number of scan points contain more data, which requires more time to process and upload.

📌 2. Network conditions

A slow or unstable internet connection can significantly impact the upload speed.

📌 3. Multi-task uploads

If your phone is uploading other files at the same time, this can slow down the upload of project data.

If the upload is taking much longer than expected, please contact our Customer Success Team for further assistance.
