    Credits for 3D Tour Hosting

    Realsee 3D tour capture, upload, edit, and storage are free, with all data stored on AWS. You only need to buy credits to activate tours for sharing.

    The activated 3D tour can be shared on social media platforms, embedded on any website, and published on Google Street View.

    1 credit activates one 3D tour and keeps it active (hosted) for one month. 30 credits can activate 30 tours for one month or 15 tours for two months.

    You can flexibly allocate credits based on the number of tours you need to activate and the duration for which you want them active.

    New users get 3 free credits upon registration to try the full process.

            About Credits

            What does 1 3D tour mean?

            1 3D tour refers to the 3D tour of a single space. The number of capture points allowed varies by device: lightweight devices (like mobile phones, 360 cameras, or G1 gimbals) are limited to 100 points, while the Galois 3D LiDAR Camera can support up to 2000 points for a single project. A 3D tour can include several floors, both indoor and outdoor spaces.

            What are Credits?

            3D tour capture, upload, and editing are all free. Credits are only required to activate tours for sharing. One credit keeps one tour active for one month. Credits can also be used to redeem downloadable deliverables like RAW, 16K pano, OBJ, and E57, as well as Live 3D call assets. More redeemable resources are in development.

            Where can I check my credits in my Realsee account after purchasing?

            After you shoot, upload, and process a project, find it in the app. Click 'Activate', and in the pop-up, you'll see the remaining credits in your account. On your PC, visit Realsee console, click 'Team & Usage' to view the current credits in your Realsee account.

            How long is the validity period of my credits?

            Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. We recommend planning wisely and purchasing only what you need.

            What Can 30 Credits Do

            With 30 credits, you can keep 30 tours active for 1 month, 10 tours active for 3 months, or 5 tours active for 6 months, or other combinations based on your needs. Additionally, 30 credits can be used to redeem downloadable deliverables such as: All RAW files for 2 3D tours (15 credits each) All 16K panos files for 6 3D tours(5 credits each) 6 OBJ files (5 credits each) 1 E57 file (20 credits) 3 months of Live 3D call access (10 credits per month) More redeemable resources are in development.

            What If I Run Out of Credits

            What if I Don't Have a Compatible Camera with the Realsee App

            As long as you have a camera that can capture panos, you can use the ‘Pano to 3D’ feature in the Realsee console to upload the panos and directly generate a 3D tour and 3D model.
