Free Options (Enable/Disable as Needed)

You may choose to show or hide the following elements:

• Room Name
• Floor Name
• Length & Width
• Room Area
• Exterior Ruler
• Interior Ruler
• Compass

Feel free to combine these to generate marketing versions, technical versions, or simplified versions.

Pricing

Manual Floor Plans follow a tiered pricing model based on the total project area:

• 0 – 4,999 sqft (≈ 0 – 465 m²): 3 Credits
• 5,000 – 9,999 sqft (≈ 465 – 930 m²): 5 Credits
• 10,000 – 14,999 sqft (≈ 930 – 1,395 m²): 10 Credits

For every additional 5,000 sqft (≈ 465 m²), +5 Credits will be added.
Examples:

• 18,000 sqft → 10 + 5 = 15 Credits
• 25,000 sqft → 10 + 10 = 20 Credits

(The final credits required will be automatically calculated on the order page — no manual checking needed.)

How We Draw

Every floor plan is manually verified and drawn by our professional team:

• Reviewing spatial structure and wall relationships
• Identifying rooms and determining their functions
• Handling missing scans, irregular areas, and boundary inference
• Applying drawing styles based on your selected settings
• Drawing furniture icons (if selected)
• Optimizing layout for readability
• Exporting a standardized PNG file suitable for any display channel

Still Edit After Delivery

Once your floor plan is ready, you’ll receive an email notification:
“Your Floor Plan is Ready!” You can then:

• Log in to the Console to view and download
• Fine-tune layouts, room details, or replace icons in the Floor Plan Editor
• Re-export the final version anytime through “Instant Floor Plan" in Add-On

Your floor plan stays fully controllable and customizable.

• Capture accuracy affects drawing accuracy; please double-check dimensions for critical use cases
