Inactive State

VR is Inactive

A VR is the final product captured, edited, and uploaded by its owner, then shared on the client side. Visitors can access a VR by clicking the owner’s shared link or card. However, a VR may become inaccessible for the following reasons:

Possible Causes:

  1. The VR being accessed is currently in an inactive state.

  1. The album VR is currently not set to active.

Solution:

The user can contact the VR owner to confirm the VR’s active status. Once the VR is confirmed to be active, it will be viewable.

  1. Set VR to active via the app:

Each project displays the current status (green for active, orange for inactive). Only when a VR is marked as active can its shared link be viewed by others.
To set the active status: tap the More button → toggle Active this space.

  1. Activate an Album:

In the album module, tap More to toggle the album’s active status.
Tips: The active status of an album is independent of the individual VRs inside it. VRs within an album can have their own individual active statuses and visibility settings.
