Why can't I navigate to certain points of the 3D virtual tour?
If you’re unable to navigate to specific points within the 3D virtual tour, it’s usually because those areas (e.g., doorways) were obstructed during the capturing process.
This typically happens when doors are closed, pathways are blocked, or temporary obstructions (e.g., people or furniture) block the view of the lens and LiDAR camera.
When this happens, redundant fragments may be generated in the 3D model due to incomplete spatial data, which can prevent users from navigating smoothly between points.
✅ To fix this, you can use the Model Trim tool to remove any redundant fragments and improve the tour experience.
To avoid this issue in future scans, please make sure that all doors and pathways remain consistently open and clear during capture.
