Why can't my Realsee app connect to the Galois?
The most common causes include device battery capacity, obstructions, and network issues.If you are unable to connect app to the device, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
- Check the device's battery capacity
Please fully charge both the Galois device and mobile phone before use.
- Check for covers
Please remove the lens cover and LiDAR cover.

- Check your Wi-Fi network
Please make sure your phone is connected to Galois WiFi and not another network.
